Rainy days can be a nightmare for families. But weโ€™re here to help you turn rainy days into time to connect and help you bring some calm to your home.

๐Ÿ†˜ Being a grown up can condition us to โ€˜doingโ€™ things all the time, and as parents this often translates to feeling we need to help our children be โ€˜doingโ€™ something. For children though simply spending time in our company is enough.

๐Ÿ†˜ Mindfulness helps us to focus on the present moment, and so we have some ideas on how you can focus on the present - while indoors. Spending time indoors can often bring up feelings of frustration, and sometimes lead to family conflict, so weโ€™ve focussed on ideas that help to bring calm and connection.
